These standards apply to every home we lease.

Off-street parking

A dedicated place to park at every home.

Laundry

A washer and dryer, or washer and dryer hookups, depending on the home. Each unit sheet states which.

Pets

Up to two pets per home. $300 refundable deposit and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. No pet charges for assistance animals.

Inspected before move-in

Final inspection, permit closeout, a City of Kansas City Healthy Homes rental permit, and lead clearance on homes built before 1978.

Repairs on a clock

Urgent repairs answered within 24 hours. Routine requests scheduled within 72 hours.

Vouchers welcome

Housing choice vouchers, HUD-VASH, and all lawful income are welcome. We schedule the housing authority inspection.

No other move-in fees are charged. Residents using a housing voucher pay the same fees as every other resident, unless the housing program sets a lower amount.
